Meet Our Occupational Therapists
Kasarah Drake, MAOT, OTR/L
Kasarah was born and raised in the Twin Cities of Minnesota where she earned her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology. Between undergraduate and graduate school, she worked as an Applied Behavioral Analysis/Verbal Behavior (ABA/VB) therapist for children with Autism in both clinic and in-home settings. After discovering the positive impact of occupational therapy on her clients, Kasarah obtained her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Saint Catherine University. Kasarah has since completed an intensive mentorship in sensory processing disorders through the STAR Center in Denver. Kasarah’s areas of specialty include: sensory processing and behavior, self-regulation, inattention, fine motor and handwriting, visual motor and processing, motor planning, strength and endurance, and social emotional development.
In her spare time, Kasarah enjoys hiking, biking, and spending time with her husband Tristan, infant son Mason, and 3 rescue dogs, Kane, Chopper, and Jax.
Michelle Levin, MAOT, OTR/L
Michelle is originally from Chicago and recently moved to Denver. She received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Illinois in Community Health and her minor in Spanish from a year abroad at the University of Barcelona. Michelle went on to receive her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from New York University.
Michelle has experience working with pediatrics in both outpatient and school-based settings. In New York City, Michelle worked in a sensory clinic as well as a school for students with Autism. Back in Chicago, Michelle worked in physical rehabilitation with adults but eventually her heart led her back to her true passion, which is working with children. She has enjoyed working in the school system in Chicago, and has loved the team-approach to treatment. She is excited to return to an outpatient clinic and work closely with children and their families to help them achieve their goals.
Michelle and her husband decided to move to beautiful Colorado to enjoy all that it has to offer. They love to travel, hike the National Parks, cook and go to farmers markets. Michelle is so excited to now call Denver home!
